Sometimes you just have one of those games.
A referee tried to throw a penalty flag in the Rams-Redskins game after a long touchdown pass to Kenny Britt, but he tripped and the flag went flying:

The Rams were penalized 15 yards for taunting. At least the ref was able to get that call squared away and didn’t suffer a broken collarbone like this guy.
