DeAndre Jordan was thrilled to see the Dallas Cowboys come from behind to beat the New York Giants on Sunday night, but a certain group of fans felt the team didn’t need the support of the Los Angeles Clippers center.
You can probably guess where those fans were from.
Because of the way things unfolded over the summer with Jordan almost signing with the Mavericks only to return to L.A., there are many, many people in Dallas who dislike him. That was evident immediately after Jordan sent this tweet Sunday night:
Let's Go!!! Hell of a game fellas…#boyz
— DeAndre Jordan (@deandrejordan6) September 14, 2015
The responses from Mavericks/Cowboys fans were ruthless:
@deandrejordan6 Cowboys changed their mind about losing

@deandrejordan6 LA has got to have some sort of professional football right? Arena league or something?
— Alexander Korpal (@alexkorpal) September 14, 2015
@deandrejordan6 We still hate you in Dallas bruh.

If Jordan thinks that was bad, he is not going to enjoy visiting Dallas next season to face the Mavericks. We already know how Mark Cuban feels about Jordan going back on his word (this quote is the best indication), and it’s obvious most Mavs fans feel the same way. Not only do they not want Jordan on their team anymore, but they don’t even want the Texas native rooting for their NFL team, either.
